A stand-up comedy show about motherhood, identity, and everything they don’t tell you in prenatal class.
What do you get when a woman with a career as a driving instructor, clown training from France, and a strong Lithuanian accent becomes a mother?
A surprising, honest, and funny show about trying to hold onto yourself while raising a tiny human.
Super Mama is based on a true story — including (spoiler alert) the part where my water broke in a VW. It’s a show about the before and after of parenthood, the pressure to “do it all,” and the quiet power in just surviving the day.
There will be stand-up, storytelling and original ukulele songs, because sometimes motherhood is too much for words.
Whether you’re a parent or not, Super Mama is for anyone who’s ever had their life turned upside down — and found a way to laugh through it.
Coming to the Edinburgh Fringe on 30 July – 10 August.
Bring a friend. Bring your mom.
Or just bring your tired, brilliant self.
